Sick sentences - The big giant opened his mouth and yelled. His big head was grey in colour. He was really big and angry.
Healthy sentences - The enormous giant was furious as his screeched when he open his stinky mouth to yell. His head was as big as the Statue of Liberty. He was as angrier than ever and when he stood up he was twice the size of the famous Burj khalifa.
