MY new NZ flag.


This is my new NZ flag.
Blue background - respect and caring.
Kiwi bird - look after all nature animals.
Feather - Hope.
Kiwi fruit - Unite and friendship.

  4. Hi Pavan, I think all of the things you have chosen to put on the flag have real meaning. The blue background colour looks very calming. Did you realise that although New Zealand grows lots of kiwi fruit they did not originally come from NZ...I wonder if you can guess where, here is a clue:
    when I was a child they were called Chinese Gooseberries!!!

  5. Kia ora, Pavan. I love your flag idea, and really like how you explained the meaning behind the colours and items you have chosen. I especially like the kiwifruit. How did you come up with the idea that it should symbolise unity and friendship?

  6. Well the Unite and friendship, I thought the kiwifruit might be a good idea to represent unite and friendship. It just goes great together for me.
